Hospital Patient Portal

Convenient Access to Your Hospital Records

Login to your Hospital Patient Portal
Keep your Username and Password in a safe location for future reference.

If you have received services or have had a hospital overnight stay at Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center, you will be able to view your health information via the portal for services on or after April 1, 2014. For services prior to this date, please contact your medical provider or the Medical Records Department. If may take up to 72 hours after discharge or completion of services for all of the following information to be available:

  • Allergies
  • Current and past health concerns
  • Diagnoses
  • Discharge instructions
  • Immunizations
  • Medications
  • Pay your bill
  • Procedure information
  • Test results

Please note that due to the sensitivity of some test results and reports, certain protected health information may not be accessible via the Patient Portal. You may obtain a copy of these records by contacting the Medical Records Department.

If you have questions about your medical results, please contact your medical provider.

Direct Access Testing (DAT) Results

Direct Access Testing accounts are separate from your regular Hospital Patient Portal account. If you have had Direct Access Testing done, you can create a new account, or you can view those results in your primary Hospital Patient Portal - just let Registration personnel know you would like results in your Hospital Patient Portal account, and they will link your accounts. Keep in mind that these accounts must be linked every time you have DAT testing done.

Direct Access Testing results are generally posted on the portal within 24 hours of specimen collection, but some results may take longer. DAT results will also be mailed to you within four (4) business days.

Services Received at the Clinics

Records from the HRRMC Outpatient Pavilion, Salida Health Center, Buena Vista Health Center, or the Saguache Health Center are available through the Clinic Patient Portal.

You can do so at your next scheduled visit or you can come to the registration desk at the hospital. Once you have been discharged or completed your services, you should receive an e-mail confirming your registration from noreply@thrivepatientportal.com with the subject line “Welcome to the Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center Thrive Patient Portal.”
