Employee Housing
HRRMC offers short-term housing options for employees who are relocating to the area for a job at our organization, or who are finding it challenging to find stable housing (subject to availability) through the Delnay Guest House.
Conveniently located on HRRMC's main hospital campus, the Delnay Guest House offers one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. Each unit is fully furnished and equipped with WIFI, laundry units, and a television.

Criteria
To qualify for the use of the Guest House, employees must:
- Be a new hire, temporary staff member or independent contractor, relocating from a distant location, or
- Be an existing Employee transferring from a distant location, or
- Be an Employee requiring temporary housing as part of a special project or assignment, and
- Must be in good standing with no Records of Communication or other disciplinary action on file, and
- Cannot own any developed real estate within Chaffee County, and
- Receive approval from Human Resources and the CEO through the application process.
How to Apply

Employees can expect the application process to take 5-7 business days. Units will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis.
