Current COVID-19 protocols

MASKS ARE REQUIRED when visiting any of our facilities, regardless of being vaccinated for the coronavirus or not. Thank you for your cooperation and patience in helping us protect our patients and staff.

Active screenings will take place at our facilities, including temperature checks and attesting to a series of questions prior to your appointment or visit.

Hospital: Please mitigate visitation. At this time we are allowing one visitor per patient at any given time during visiting hours.

Outpatient Pavilion: Active screenings are taking place prior to your appointment. Providers are seeing patients in person, and also offering telehealth visits, which are available by calling (719) 530-2000.

Buena Vista Health Center: Active screenings are taking place prior to your appointment. Open for in-person visits. Well visits are also available via telehealth by calling (719) 395-9048. Walk-in clinic is operating business as usual.

Custer County Health Center: Providers are seeing patients in person. Appointments are available by calling (719) 783-2380.

Salida Health Center: Active screenings are taking place prior to your appointment. Providers are seeing patients in person and also offering telehealth visits, which are available by calling (719) 530-2022.

Saguache Health Center: Active screenings are taking place prior to your appointment. Family medicine, obstetrics and rehabilitation providers are seeing patients in person, and telehealth visits are also available by calling (719) 655-2531. Pharmacy pick up is available Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

COVID-19 Information

We are offering COVID-19 vaccinations through our Outpatient Pharmacy and clinics. Please call the Outpatient Pharmacy at (719) 530-2430 for more information.

We continue to offer outpatient testing through our Emergency Department. In order to be eligible for testing in this manner, you must FIRST visit your primary care physician, who orders a COVID-19 test on your behalf.
