Delnay Guest House

The HRRMC Delnay Guest House offers temporary housing on HRRMC's campus, consisting of 10 fully-furnished, one or two-bedroom units. Four hospitality units will be available for charitable, overnight lodging for those who qualify (criteria below). Six units will provide HRRMC employees with affordable rentals for short-term use, while they seek more permanent housing in the area. Each unit is equipped with WIFI, laundry units, ensuite kitchen & television to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Employee housing

If you are an employee or potential employee interested in utilizing the Delnay Guest House for short-term housing, please reach out to humanresources@hrrmc.net to start the application process. Please note there are specific criteria you will need to meet in order to be eligible.

Patient housing

For the patient housing portion of the Delnay Guest House, HRRMC collaborates with the Woodland Motel, who manages reservations and cleans these apartments. Please note you will be communicating with employees of the Woodland Motel for your needs. Please note this is a self-check in property, and staff will not be present on-site.

Those who quality for patient stays meet the following criteria:

  • HRRMC patients receiving outpatient treatments, pre- or post-procedure appointments who live a minimum of 30 miles from the guesthouse.
  • Family members or caregivers of current HRRMC inpatients who live a minimum of 30 miles from the guesthouse.
  • Family members visiting local hospice patients who live a minimum of 30 miles from the guesthouse.
  • Obstetrical patients who live outside of Salida & are at risk of delivering during transportation to the HRRMC hospital.

Fill out the form below to request a reservation, and you will receive a response within 48 business hours. Subject to availability and confirmation of qualifying services.
