COVID-19 Testing

HRRMC COVID-19 Testing Options

BVHC Walk-In Clinic

No appointment is needed. You will be seen as a patient of the walk-in clinic by a provider, and a provider will determine if you need a test based on a general exam.

Testing dates and times (walk-in clinic hours): Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Buena Vista Health Center, Salida Health Center, Saguache Health Center, South Park Health Care and Custer County Health Center

Through our outlying health clinics, you must make an appointment and be seen as a patient. A provider will conduct a general exam and determine whether or not to perform a COVID-19 test, which would be completed during your exam. Your insurance provider will be billed for the visit and test.

What to do if you test positive

  1. Positive cases/Isolation: Positive cases must isolate from others. See the following isolation packet for more details on how and for how long you need to isolate.

  2. Your close contacts do not need to quarantine. They need to test on day 5 and wear a mask in public for 10 days.

YOU are responsible for following isolation. YOU are responsible for talking with your close contacts. Thank you for helping us keep our community as safe as possible.

Paxlovid is available (with a prescription) from our retail pharmacy.
