SALIDA and WESTCLIFFE, Colo.—As previously shared, Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center (HRRMC) is in the process of collaborating with First Street Family Health (FSFH) to transition providers and employees to become part of HRRMC’s organization.
Board-certified, family medicine physician Amy Beauprez, MD, will begin providing family medicine, primary care and obstetrical care at Salida Health Center (SHC) on Tuesday, June 20.
SHC is located at 550 W. Hwy 50 in Salida. Patients wishing to set up an appointment with Dr. Beauprez can call SHC directly at (719) 530-2022.
Additionally, Dr. Beauprez will be offering obstetrical and primary care at Custer County Health Center (CCHC), located at 704 Edwards Ave. in Westcliffe. Dr. Beauprez will see patients two Fridays per month beginning Friday, July 28. Appointments will be available by calling CCHC directly at (719) 783-2380.
Dr. Beauprez received her medical degree from University of Colorado School of Medicine in Aurora, Colo.
First Street Family Health first approached HRRMC about transitioning to become HRRMC employees in late April of this year. HRRMC will share additional updates as they are finalized.
