Wellness U Staff Gym
The Wellness U Staff Gym is located on the 2nd floor of the Outpatient Pavilion, and open to employees, their families and employees of partner organizations to join. Gym members enjoy 24/7 access* to the facility which includes weights, strength training machines, rowing, treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike and step machines, with six pieces of cardio equipment that generate their own power, which is sent back into the HRRMC electrical grid.
For working out in the gym or attending classes a total of nine times or more per month, members are entered into monthly giveaways, offering employees an opportunity to earn part of the membership back.
