HRRMC Welcomes Family Medicine Physician Annalise Mann to South Park Health Care

FAIRPLAY, Colo.—Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center (HRRMC) is excited to welcome family medicine physician Annalise Mann, D.O., MPH, to the organization and medical staff.

Dr. Mann is providing full-spectrum family medicine care at HRRMC South Park Health Care, located at 525 Hathaway St. in downtown Fairplay. Dr. Mann will see and treat patients of all ages.

In addition to family medicine and primary care, Dr. Mann also specializes in Osteopathic Manipulation Treatment (OMT), a hands-on approach that focuses on whole-body treatment using a variety of mechanical techniques. Through gentle pressure and manipulation of muscles, soft tissue and joints, OMT not only encourages your body into alignment and balance, treating issues with musculoskeletal pain, but can also treat a variety of other conditions, like migraines, asthma, digestive issues, and recreational-related repetitive stress injuries.

Dr. Mann received her medical degree from A.T. Still University of Health Sciences School of Osteopathic Medicine in Mesa, AZ. She completed her residency at the Family Medicine Residency of Western Montana, a program sponsored by the University of Montana. She and her family now reside in Fairplay, and she looks forward to treating and connecting with local community members and families.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Mann is an avid outdoorswoman, enjoying skiing, whitewater kayaking and mountain biking. When not outside, she spends time with her husband and young child, enjoying painting or planning new travel adventures.

To make an appointment with Dr. Mann, who is accepting new patients, call (719) 836-0334. For more information about her services or the services provided at South Park Health Care, visit hrrmc.com.
