About Nika
Nika started her career at HRRMC in 2011 as a Patient Educator, quickly creating and implementing efficiencies with discharge processes. In 2018, Nika completed her Master of Science degree in Nursing with a specialization in Family Nurse Practitioner, while working full-time as the manager of the case management, discharge planning and medical-surgical units. In 2019, Nika shifted to working part-time as a provider at the BVHC walk-in clinic, being one of the original NPs to do so. In 2020, Nika was promoted to Director of Inpatient Services, overseeing all inpatient departments, as well as nurse supervisors.
Nika is honored to now be HRRMC's Vice President of Patient Care Services, overseeing our inpatient departments (Medical-Surgical unit, ICU, Swing Bed program, Case Management), Emergency Department, Family Birthing Center, Surgery department and Oncology/Infusion. She is eager to lead with positivity and a family-oriented outlook.
