About Lisa

Lisa is a Nurse Practitioner who moved to Buena Vista in 2023 with her husband, Joe. She earned her undergraduate education at Regis University in Denver and her graduate degree at University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus.

Lisa was a RN at Denver Health Medical Center for 8 years, then transitioned to the Trauma and Acute Care Surgery Service (TACS) for 4+ years, where she worked as a nurse practitioner.

Lisa is excited to be a Urology provider and plans to specialize in Advanced Prostate Cancer treatment once fully trained. She has volunteered in Haiti, Cambodia, Ecuador and Guatemala. As you may guess, Lisa loves to travel, and enjoys spending time outdoors with Joe and their dogs, Izzie & Mac, which was a big reason for their move to Chaffee County. Lisa loves to kayak, raft, hike and camp.

She is excited to be part of this wonderful community!
