Jason Rovak, M.D., is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon with a subspecialty
in hand and microvascular surgery. He earned his medical degree from Duke
University School of Medicine. He completed a combined general surgery/plastic
and reconstructive surgery residency through Washington University School
of Medicine at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. He then completed
a hand and microsurgery fellowship through the Curtis National Hand Center
at Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore.
An avid blues/jazz piano and guitar player, Dr. Rovak has a particular interest in caring for musicians. He also has a special interest in 3-D graphics and has created a library of patient-education videos at www.animed3d.com.
