Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center is sponsoring a bake sale on Wednesday, Sept. 12, from 8 a.m. to noon in the hospital café, 1000 Rush Dr. Homemade cakes, cookies, muffins, breads and other goodies will be for sale.
The bake sale is raising funds for the 2018 HRRMC Cancer Walk. All proceeds from the Cancer Walk will be donated to the HRRMC Foundation to benefit local oncology patients.
The Cancer Walk is Saturday, Sept. 29, at 9 a.m. and will start and end on the Salida hospital campus.
