About Karli

Doctorally trained, board-certified Physician Associate with over 25 years of experience in orthopedic surgery, sports medicine, trauma, and rural healthcare. Clinical expertise includes musculoskeletal ultrasound–guided injections, chronic pain management, surgical first assist, and disaster medicine. Proven leader with publication history, and federal disaster response involvement.

Karli completed her Physician Associate training at State University of New York Brooklyn Downstate Medical Center.  This was followed by a Master’s degree in PA studies concentrated in Orthopedics. Later, in 2020 Karli received her doctorate in Medical Science, with specialty certifications in Hospital Administration and Disaster Medicine.

When not at work, Karli enjoys time with her five dogs, mountain biking, trail running, skiing, yoga, triathlon (2× Ironman finisher), and stand-up paddleboarding the Arkansas River.
