There will be a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of Salida Hospital District d/b/a Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center at 1000 Rush Drive beginning at 9:00 A.M. in the Shavano Conference Room and via Zoom:
Wednesday, December 10th 2025
- Call to Order
All regular business will be deferred to the next regular meeting
- Review and Approval of:
- Resolution to Adopt Budget 2025-06
- Resolution to Appropriate Sums of Money 2025-07
- Resolution to Set Mill Levy 2025-08
- The Board will adjourn to Executive session pursuant to: C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(b) and (e) to discuss matters subject to negotiation and receive advice of legal counsel regarding existing and proposed employment agreements.
- Return to General Session for possible action on any matter discussed in Executive Session, as may be necessary
- Adjourn
