NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

There will be a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of Salida Hospital District d/b/a Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center beginning at 9:00 A.M. Shavano or via Zoom.

August 15^th, 2025

I. Call to Order

II. The Board will immediately adjourn into Executive Session      pursuant to: C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(b) to receive advice of legal counsel regarding the CEO hiring process.

A. CEO Search Process

III. Adjourn to General session

All regular business will be deferred to the next regular meeting.

2. New Business:

1. Receive information and consider procedural options for proceeding with the hiring of a District CEO.

2. Possible action on selection of the procedural option for proceeding with the hiring of a District CEO.

3. Adjourn

Regular meetings of the Board will be as previously noticed beginning at 1:00 p.m.
