This FREE class is taught by Family Birthing Center nurses. Classes will offer info about childbirth, comfort measures, interventions and breastfeeding.
There will be time for Q&A!
Light snacks are provided, but you may bring a breakfast or lunch or eat in the hospital cafe.
Please wear comfortable clothing.
