No formal action will be taken at this work session. The Board will discuss:

1. Strategic vision of the board

The Board will adjourn to Executive Session under the provision of:

Personnel – C.R.S. 24-6-402 (4)(f)

2. CEO Performance and Goals

Regular meetings of the Board will be as previously noticed beginning at 6:00 p.m.
