National Diabetes Prevention Program—or NDPP—is a partnership
of public and private organizations working to reduce the growing problem
of prediabetes and Type 2 diabetes.
This yearlong program meets weekly for 16 weeks and then provides maintenance sessions.
The partners work to make it easier for people with prediabetes to participate
in evidence-based, affordable, and high-quality lifestyle change programs
to reduce their risk of Type 2 diabetes and improve their overall health.
Cost is $50 which is refunded in full at 60% attendance mark.
Participants must either have a Fasting Blood Glucose test greater than
100 or pass the CDC Prediabetes Risk Test. Click here for the test and
