Energy Yoga does not require a high degree of flexibility, balance, or
strength. Our classes accommodate people of all ages, body types, and
fitness levels to participate comfortably at their own pace.
This dynamic Asian-inspired style of yoga allows students to release blocked
energy and emotions through the opening of meridians, acupressure points,
and the seven major energy centers in the body through tapping, stretching
and breathing. Sessions will leave you feeling energized, strong and serene.
Classes are held Tuesdays, Jan. 9 through March 20. No class Feb. 13. If
you'd like to register for the entire 10-week session, select the
first class date and we'll enroll you correctly.
