Free Men’s Health Classes begin on July 22
SALIDA, Colo.—Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center (HRRMC)'s Physical Therapy and Urology departments, along with Dr. Lydia Segal, M.D., MPH will offer a free men’s health class and educational series starting Friday, July 22.
This six-week course will take place weekly from noon to 1:30 p.m., concluding on Friday, August 26. Classes will be held on HRRMC's main campus at the Outdoor Exercise Pavilion, located at 1000 Rush Drive in Salida.
Classes will focus on a review of reproductive and pelvic anatomy, common male urogenital diagnoses, sexual health, mobility and stability, pelvic muscle exercises and more. Special guest speakers will present on these topics.
