Classes will offer info about childbirth, comfort measures, interventions, and breastfeeding. There will be time for Q & A.
Light snacks provided. You may bring a lunch or dinner or eat in the hospital's cafe.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a floor mat or blanket and pillow.
Cost is $25. Online payment is not accepted at this time but you may pay with cash or check at the first class. Limited scholarships are available.
