Wellness U Education Classes
Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center offers a variety of health
education classes through
Wellness U for community members to learn how to prevent and manage health conditions.
These courses provide valuable assistance to people who are struggling
to adjust to a new lifestyle.

- National Diabetes Prevention Program
- Fall prevention
- Healthy eating
- Preventing heart attack and stroke
- Living with pulmonary disease
- Asthma management
- Smoking cessation
- Parkinson's Wellness Recovery
- Tai Chi: Moving for Better Balance
- Diabetes Self-Management Education
Costs vary from class to class and typically are not covered by insurance.
However, cardiac and pulmonary rehab are generally covered by insurance.
