Patient Guests at Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center
General Visiting Hours at Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center
are 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. Surgical patients may have visitors during
this time once they have left the recovery room. During the surgical procedure
or recovery, visitors may stay in the waiting room. Following surgery,
the surgeon will go to the waiting room to speak with your family and friends.
Parents whose child is an inpatient are encouraged to stay overnight with
their child and are not restricted to normal visiting hours.
Please note the Special Visiting Hours below:
- Intensive Critical Care: 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. daily. Because patient-care
conditions in the ICU sometimes change, ICU visiting hours must be at
the discretion of the nursing staff.
- Family Birthing Center: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 to 8 p.m. daily.
HRRMC's cafeteria provides three meals every day to patients and visitors.
Visitors may get their meals in the hospital Cafe or ask a nurse to have
a visitor meal delivered to the patient's room.
Meals are served to patients beginning at the following times:
Breakfast: 7:45 a.m.
Lunch: 11:45 a.m.
Dinner: 4:45 p.m.
If a patient needs a meal at a different time, please let your nurse know.
We discourage bringing food in for patients because they may require specialized diets.
Hospital Cafe Hours:
Breakfast: 8-9:30 a.m.
Lunch: 12-1:30 p.m.
Dinner: 5-6 p.m.
Beverages are available all day in the Cafe. Vending machines are located
by the Cafe and by the Emergency Department.
