Clinic Patient Portal
Convenient access to your clinic records
If you were a patient at HRRMC's Buena Vista Health Center, Hwy. 50
Medical Clinic, or Specialty Clinic, you are able to access limited records
from your visit through the patient portal. Records can take up to 72
hours after your visit to become available. Providers are required to
approve all records before they will be posted to your account.
Information that you can access through the portal includes:
- Active and inactive medications
- Current and past health concerns
- Lab test results
- Plan of care
Our Clinic Patient Portal is currently down. The company that manages the
portal is working to restore service. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Click

in a safe location for future reference. Payment is not available at this
time through the portal. Please note your account number and
