The walk-in clinic at the HRRMC Buena Vista Health Center, 28374 County Road 317, will be open extended hours Saturday, Sept. 1, and Sunday, Sept. 2. Hours will be 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. both days. The clinic will be closed on Labor Day, Sept. 3.
The clinic is open to all patients on a first-come, first-served basis. Appointments are not needed.
The walk-in clinic treats common medical issues like burns, sprains, minor infections like earaches, pink eye, sore throats, and skin rashes. It does not serve as an emergency room. Any emergencies will be directed to the HRRMC Emergency Department in Salida.
The clinic charges the same fees as the HRRMC Buena Vista Health Center charges during their normal business hours. The Buena Vista Health Center participates in Medicare and Health First Colorado (Medicaid).
