The Rehabilitation Services Department provides a wide variety of services to inpatients and outpatients. Rehab Services assists individuals who require physical, occupational, or speech therapy due to injury, illness, or surgery. Outpatient Rehabilitation Services are provided at two locations: The Medical Clinics 550 W. Highway 50 Salida, CO 81201 (719) 530-2040 Buena Vista Clinic 713 E. Main Street Buena Vista, CO 81211 (719) 395-5782 You'll find a friendly, non-threatening environment at HRRMC's therapy clinics. We're committed to working closely with your physician to provide optimal services. We work hard to schedule your therapy visits to accommodate your schedule. Our therapists help patients of all ages during the healing process and through rehabilitation. Plus, we can help you readjust or improve your level of function at work and home. In addition, therapy services can also be done in your home after your hospitalization through the Upper Arkansas Home Health Services.
