Salida, Colorado - Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center is conducting a community health needs assessment from September 18 to September 28. Results from the completed surveys will be used to inform the hospital's strategic planning for the future.
Survey respondents must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of the Salida Hospital District.
Survey results will be presented at two public meetings. The first meeting is Thursday, October 18, 7 to 9 p.m., in the hospital's second-floor conference rooms, 1000 Rush Drive, Salida. The second meeting is Tuesday, October 30, 7 to 9 p.m., in the Aspen Room at the Buena Vista Community Center, 715 East Main Street.
Community members are invited to take the online survey by clicking on the Health Needs Survey button on the home page of the hospital website, www.hrrmc.com. For more information, call 530-2217.
