Special called meeting of the HRRMC Board of Directors for the purpose of discussing real property negotiations. The Board will immediately adjourn to Executive Session under the provisions of:

Property Interests (acquisition, lease, transfer, or sale of any real, personal, or other property interest) – C.R.S. 24-6-402 (4)(a) and Negotiations (determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, developing strategy for negotiations, and instructing negotiators) – C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(e) – Real property negotiations
