Each student will need to check out an AHA BLS for Health Care Provider Student Manual from the HRRMC Nursing Admin Office.
Review the manual and view the CD that is included to prepare for the class.
Bring the manual to class to return.
Training takes approximately four hours and certification will be completed that day. Hands on maniken performance is required along with a passing score of 84% on the written exam. BLS Health Care Provider cards will be distributed within one week of the course and are good for two years.
Each course is $30.00 cash or check and payment is due day of the course.
Recertification takes approximately 2 1/2 hours and is incorporated into the beginning of each course. You must have a current card to recertify. The cost to recertify is $20.00
