Smoking Cessation Class
Location: Harvard Room
Description: Quitting smoking is a process. In general, there are four phases of quitting: preparing to quit, choosing your quit date, coping with withdrawl and fighting slips and relapse. These phases will be discussed as well as tools to help you quit smoking for good. Most insurance providers cover smoking cessation. This class will be taught by Carley Chenoweth, RRT and TC Rodak, CRT
